I have visited Cecil Atkission Motors a few times looking at cars. Each time they treat you well and speak to you like an old friend. My latest experience has topped them all. I stopped by on Saturday to look at a truck but did not have a ton of time to spend up there. They did a quick appraisal on my truck and the truck I drove was not exactly what I was looking for so I left. On Monday, I received a text from the sales guy, Gustavo. He wanted to know if I was interested in the truck. Itold him that is not the one I was looking for and he told me that he could try to get me into something else. I went on the site and sure enough they had a truck that was close to what I was looking for so I ran over there. They let me take the truck home. It was super nice BUT not exact. Scott (GM) called me on Tuesday morning to let me know my sales guy had gotten sick and wanted to see if there was anything I needed. I let him know that I had found the exact truck I wanted up in Ft. Worth and that I was leading toward that truck. He asked if I minded sharing the site so he could check it out. I was happy to share with him. He looked over the pictures and price and told me “Man, that is an amazing deal. I cannot blame you at all for wanting that truck. You need to make sure it is mechanically solid but great deal. I understand I may not get this sale but hope to earn your business in the future.” What? Are you kidding me? I drove to Ft. Worth and picked up the truck. Scott and the team did not earn this sale but they have earned a customer for life. Thank you, Scott!

We are visiting in Texas from out of state. Our 2020 3500 Ram diesel dually wouldn’t start one morning. As it was in warranty, Chrysler arranged for a tow to the closest dealership. The service guys fixed the problem, performed an additional needed warranty repair and they couldn’t have been nicer. Everyone at the dealership was friendly and professional. If we are in this area when we are ready to trade we will definitely come to Cecil Atkission Motors in Burnet, TX

Pull up and talk to Tracy and she’ll get you into a vehicle. Thats what we did and when all said was done… we left Cecil with a 2021 Dodge Durango after trading in a 2019 Journey! Best experience buying a vehicle than anywhere else around Central Texas. Go see them and I promise its worth it!!

Took my car in to take care of some recalled parts, and they doscovered I had 2 other issues. Only 1 of them I was aware of. They took care of the recalls, and quoted me a very fair price on the repairs of the other 2 issues. I didnt get the repairs done due to financial reasons, but Ill definitely be bringing my Charger back when I do!

I recently purchased a used Jeep Grand Cherokee and was told by a few Jeep enthusiasts that I needed to change the oil every 3,000 miles. I have since understood by my warranty company & this dealership that 5,000 to 7,500 is ideal.
